International Architecture Talent, Simplified.

We help architecture firms bring world-class international talent into their studios — seamlessly.

Through our internship program, WETAG connects U.S. studios with highly skilled architects from Argentina, ready to join your team and contribute to real projects from day one. It’s a straightforward way to add motivated people to your studio — without the cost or complexity of a traditional hire.

We manage the entire process end to end — from the full J-1 visa to contracts, payroll, and ongoing support.
